The experiment period is December 11th and 12th. The experiment is to determine that the area of the nursery is about 10m2, with 70 heads. The area of the pigsty is about 1100 m2, and the number of heads is maintained at 40-500. Ammonia gas collection selects two ends and three points in the middle of the stall, and 100ml of gas is extracted at a height about 50cm from the ground, and slowly pushed into the detection tube at a uniform speed, and the value of ammonia gas concentration is read from the color changing ring of the detection tube. Gas was collected continuously for 12 days at a fixed point in the pen, without spraying "ANTAI" for the first 7, and then sprayed with 500 times diluted "ANTAI" at about 10 o'clock every morning for the next 7 days, and the of gas collection was 7:30, 10:30, 15:30, and the average value of ammonia gas concentration at three points three a day was calculated.


The experimental season is winter, the fat pigsty is closed at night and opened for ventilation from 9 am to 3 pm, and the indoor is basically between 9-15 ℃. From the above statistical data, it can be seen that the ammonia concentration in the pigsty without spraying "Antipeide" is basically between 17-20 ppm, and it began to decrease on the third day after use, and the average ammonia concentration on the 7 day decreased to 14 ppm. The average ammonia concentration before use was 18.4 ppm, and the average after use was 15.5pm, a decrease of 15.8%. The nursery room temperature is kept at 16-25 ℃ all day, and the microorgan are relatively active. According to the experimental data, the ammonia concentration in the pigsty without spraying "Antipeptide" is between 20-30 p, and it began to decrease on the second day after use, and the average ammonia concentration on the 7th day decreased to 4.8 ppm. The averageia concentration before use was 23.5 ppm, and the average after use was 8.2 ppm, a decrease of 65.1%. In summary, it can be seen that spraying the stall with "Antipeptide" diluted 500 times can effectively reduce the ammonia concentration in the stall, the effect is better in the nursery.
